Its been 4 and a half  five years since my first attempt to have a baby, still going on with little success a long the way. My story is long, it starts off with life being all fairy tale like and suddenly takes a steep fall and then it pauses – for a very long while. In the meantime, everyone else carried on leaving me way behind.

I have done 4 Clomid rounds, 4 IUI’s, 6 ICSI’s and a couple of herbal remedies. Despite the heartbreak and pain, I am not willing to stop trying harder. Deep inside I feel that our bundle of joy will come sooner or later if I remain patient and continue to tweak my treatment after every failed attempt. This feeling has stopped me from giving up and brought me so far so soon. Hence, I call my blog “When you cant give up”.

  1. After 11 years of emotional and physical pain and anguish we are now blessed with a beautiful daughter. I gave birth at aged 42 to a beautiful baby girl. Over many years I had help and support from people like Penny at Serum and, I thank God for Dr Amin Gorgy. My story is long but I must stress you should not give up. You will know in your heart, your head and your body, that, you can be a parent and you should keep going if you know for sure you have a chance. It is so worth the struggle. Resilience and positivity will help you along the way, good luck.x
